Roles and Responsibilities
- Marketing and Brand Management for investee companies for the region
- Should act as Brand consultant and have the ability to think out of box for solutions for Brands across verticals
- Developing matrices to measure brand health the progress of various clients and monitor consumption
- Competitive analysis through Response data, TAM and IRS or any other software package which the organisation may provide
Must Haves:
- Candidate would need to have Brand Management knowledge and experience to enable the brands to disrupt and differentiate the brands
- Incumbent must have the ability to handle large volumes and high complexity of data, analyze, generate meaningful insights and communicate them effectively
- 12 to 15 years within business/brand consulting with exposure of working on multiple categories
- Candidates with FMCG / Telecom/ Consulting/Advertising experience
- Should have good mix of client management, strategic and leadership skills
- Should be creative and good at ideation, entrepreneurial experience would be a plus
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment

- MBA from premium institute with specialization in Marketing
