Brand Strategy & Brand Custodian - Brand Development - FMCG (12-15 yrs)

Work directly with the CMO in:

- Crafting the positioning and messaging for company Masterbrand,

- Partner the business owners for our portfolio of private label and consumer brands - own proposition, messaging and architecture and the brand vision plans for how the brand execution extends across all the Ps of marketing

- Communication strategy and development for our brands across its categories for all above the line campaigns

- Developing and driving org wide deployment of brand philosophy & guidelines

- Define the Brand Architecture and extensions to build a Brand Vision Plan

- Champion consumer understanding to make company the most consumer intuitive brand in India

- Drive all brand tracking and consumer research with Insights

- Work closely with the different businesses to define the opportunity and guardrails based on the MB

- Design and be the custodian of the Retail Identity of the company Brand in stores

SKILLS :

- Must have:

- Strategic, highly adaptable and entrepreneurial

- Strong business acumen, and capacity for insights and analytics

- Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders and peers

- Self starter who is able to spot opportunities

- Positive, assertive, yet empathetic leadership with - exceptional soft skills- to enable delivery through high degree of collaboration and partnership

- Ability to work across many different projects, learn fast and deliver quickly

EXPERIENCE :

- 12 -14 years in consumer marketing

- Has worked on crafting long term growth strategies

- Has had responsibility for communication development

KEY STAKEHOLDERS :

- CXOs and their key leaders

- Rest of the marketing team

- Business heads

- Agencies
