Job Profile

Conceptualizing and Launching products

- Managing product lifecycles - new product launches, product range management, liquidation, Pricing, Packaging, effective display etc.

- Cluster & Stocks Management: Display of clusters, tracking retail sales and stocks of clusters

- Tracking consumer needs, changing consumer preferences, trends and accordingly launching new products and changing relevant product mix.

- Product availability - supply at national level against plan & sales forecast - collaboratively with SCM team. Distribution strategy for new products

- Liasoning with internal (design, sourcing, NPD ) & external agencies (vendor, CFAs, Supply chain) to deliver unique / relevant collections to the market

Developing and executing the advertising & promotion plans

- Includes mass media, local level advertising, PR, Digital media, Channel specific promotions, etc.

- Interacting with advertising, media, Digital mktg and PR agencies to effectively execute these plans

- Analyzing the marketing effectiveness of campaigns.

- Assisting in development of brand strategy

Customer understanding & engagement

- Profiling buyers, customer engagement, customer buying behaviour, etc.

- Developing a deep understanding of customers by personal interaction and through formal research

- Engaging with the target consumer through DMs and other initiatives

Digital marketing

- Developing & Driving the Digital Marketing Plan (Internet & mobile)

- Maintain documentation on spends, dockets etc.

- Act as bridge between front end sales team and brand to deliver on all day to day marketing support required (ideation and implementation)
