Brand & Media Specialist - BFSI (10-16 yrs)

- Implementation of brand guidelines, brand positioning efforts, tracking of company logos & trademarks, audit correct guidelines implementation across platforms and channels

- Support in development of brand assets for developing a unique value proposition in the category

- Plan & Implement brand campaigns across platforms & devices to drive awareness, consideration and conversions

- Implement communication for key product, pricing and offering roll-out to strengthen the brand positioning in the category

- Execute key customer insights, audience insights, platform insights, market insights to have an edge and customer understanding

- Execute Customer & audience profiling, segmentation and mapping, persona development to get the target and unique audience in our pool

- Plan & Implement the Market Research projects, customer study, competition tracking & benchmarking to stay ahead in the category

- Coordinate the Brand Health measurement initiatives and monthly reporting of the same. Strengthen brand parameters through communication

- Coordinate with stake holders across Corp Strat, Legal, Compliance, Product, Tech, Research, Sales, Revenue teams to drive brand agenda

- Coordinate for PR efforts to drive brand visibility and share of mind and share of voice

- Implement awareness initiatives through reach and frequency through a media mix to reach out to audience for funnel objectives and contribute to leads & client acquisition

- Plan & implement innovation in brand marketing to identify new audience, new formats, new channels/platforms and scale-ups

- Track, monitor and report the monthly business goal performance for B2C with respect to new client acquisition, market share and organic traffic goals

- Leverage our offerings, products and services to drive new client acquisition through communication plots to target audience

- Work closely with Sales team to identify key initiative implementation, new program implementation and campaigns

- Reporting for key performance matrix and initiatives to management

- Coordinating with agencies across creative, media, digital, production, research and specialised ones for key programs

- Reporting the media landscape, competitive media landscape and bring new learnings and insights for future campaign success

- Plan the proposal discussions, negotiations and budget planning for B2C

- Reporting for regular reviews with key agencies along with management

- Implement new innovations in media and identify key opportunities across traditional and digital landscape
