- Developing and implementation of annual and quarterly calendar of marketing activities in line with business strategy and stakeholders
- Key role includes devising brand communications and thereby aligning with key stakeholders (interface) and agencies (creative, media - ATL / BTL) for planning and execution of brand plan.
- Competitor comparison and product benchmarking. Identifying target segments and understanding client requirements.
BTL : Increasing Counter level visibility through branding and merchandising, Exhibitions, On Ground Activations, Product launches and other innovative activities
Budget Planning :
- Designing and executing training modules, schemes, events, conferences & BTL activities for channel partners.
- Handling on ground activations and visibility campaigns
- Visiting markets PAN India to understand internal and external business challenges and develop strategy to overcome the same.
