The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving awareness, preference and consideration for selling on the Company marketplace, will also lead brand building for other strategic small business programs. The leader in this role will work closely with Seller. The team will lead end to end of brand strategy, campaign development, media planning and research for the above-mentioned brands. Key responsibilities: - Develop branding strategy for Selling on Company, and other strategic programs - Execute effective brand initiatives to improve upper-funnel brand metrics and drive the overall demand. - Develop market research to better understand seller community's needs and wants; leverage the research findings and seller insights to shape the brand positioning and messaging - Create, propose, implement and evaluate programs through media channels and partnership with opinion leaders to drive awareness and manage sentiment. - Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners (agencies, etc) to launch brand campaigns that require both strategic thinking and high-speed execution. - Manage annual budget and create metrics to track performances for brand campaigns; monitor regularly to understand effectiveness of brand strategy and activities, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. - E Preferred qualifications: -- Media planning and external research understanding - 7-10 years of marketing experience including brand management stint with a consumer brand - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Agency management including creative, media and research - People management experience - MBA with strong communication skills Experience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion - Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyse data - Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams - 5+ years of marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements - Experience managing teams - Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal with stakeholders.
