Job Description :

- Develop and execute brand strategies, marketing communication

- Consumer research and online reputation management strategy for the organization.

- Design and Develop Marketing Vision, Brand & Communication Strategy.

- To enhance brand awareness.

- Setting Marketing strategies, Affiliate marketing, Lead Generation, Blogs and Forums

- Take overall accountability to set up the processes starting from Lead generation to conversion across multiple customer touch points.

- Managing creative, digital and media agencies is another critical requirement of the portfolio along with marketing budget planning and management.

Qualification & Experience :

- 12+ years of experience in marketing, brand management and marketing communication in any automotive (preferably Tractor or Agriculture machinery products),

- At least 4-5 years should be in a leadership role.
