Manager - Social Media (7-9 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expressing our brand's tone of voice creatively through different channels and owing channels like social media, ATL/BTL and other digital channels.

- Managing the design and copywriting team with demonstrated ability to lead projects end to end from ideation to execution

- Develop the integrated marketing plan maintaining the brand guidelines

- Ensuring clarity & consistency in various offline & online media, along with keeping a focus on upgrading visual appeal.

- Responsible for enhancement of consumer experience on various digital/non-digital platforms and enhance brand visibility to a leader in the category

- Plan, manage and execute content activities (short form) to ensure user engagement and information reach.

- Drive creative experiments to increase CTRs, retention, engagements and other KPIs

- Collaborate and coordinate with tech & other teams for delivery of creatives.

- Manage the agency lifecycle.

- Strategizing the content and brand plan for all the consumer touch points with a high focus on digital

Qualifications & Skill Sets

- 7+ hands on experience in brand marketing.

- MBA in marketing or Mass Communication required.

- Strong understanding of digital and social platforms, as well as their use within marketing

- Hand-on experience in brand management, promotions, influencer marketing & social media management

- Creative mindset with an ability to produce new ideas

- Strong planning, management & analytical skills.

- Outstanding communication (written & oral skills) and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time to meet aggressive deadlines

- Self-starter who can work independently to solve different business problems

- Should have a strong point of view on content wrt users perspective & psychology

- Should be proficient working on spreadsheets and Microsoft office applications.

- Prior writing experience in astrology and agency is preferred.
