Reporting: Reporting to the Director Brand Marketing

Team Size- 2

Interview Process - Virtual rounds

Screening - discussion on role, delivery, key projects, impact, reason for a change

R1 - HM

R2 - Marketing team/Business Team

Assignment on case to case basis.

Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview :

The Brand Manager will play a crucial role in Tmrw's mission - which is in the transformation of the acquired brands into brands that people love. The brand manager will be responsible for how the customer receives the brand communication at each touchpoint, digital or physical. They should be passionate about differentiation and about building a digital first brand. The expertise of the brand manager should also help define the brand's improvement on critical KPIs that enable the growth journey of the brand.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Ability to understand the D2C & Fashion marketing landscape

- Shape and communicate the uniqueness of their brand

- Translate brand elements into creatives that drive recall & differentiation at each touchpoint

- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action"

- Ability to work with external agency partners to deliver the above within budgets

- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications

- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs

- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities

- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities

- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions

- Devise innovative growth strategies

- Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns

- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix

- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind

- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers

- Outstanding communication skills

- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
