The Opportunity - Brand & Marketing Communication Role
You Will :
- Spear Head the Marketing communication, Creative and Design function.
- Responsible for leading the Marketing communication, Design team and function - with multi-faceted design operations and requirements
- Create, Ideate, and develop the entire brand strategy & communication
- Create, Ideate, Shoot and develop the entire communication for ATL
- Coordinate and work on various city level requirements on BTL
- Adaptation and creation of templates for regular usage for City teams and Category teams
You Are :
- Creative thinker with 5+ years of experience working with Creative agencies or Consumer Brands.
- Strong strategist with a view of future to ensure consistency of brand imagery over sustained periods and across various consumer communication touch points
- Candidate should be an energetic and self-motivated individual who is willing to get his hands dirty - to work on designs himself and train the team
- Cost optimizer comes unsaid when working for a start-up, the candidate should be able to match his ideas with achievable goals.
