Title : Marketing Manager Location : Bangalore - The person will be responsible for Marketing of various services offered by the brand. He/ She will also work on the positioning, consumer value proposition &amp; client and consumer activation for the brand - He/ She will create and execute brand communication campaigns, build &amp; strengthen the brand's equity over a period of time and drive adoption rates for the brand - He/ She will also develop marketing campaigns to deliver on business objectives and work collaboratively with diversified teams to create &amp; manage integrated marketing strategies - The person will be responsible for organic growth campaigns as well as long-term strategic initiatives - The person is expected to be close to the market, understand the needs of the Customer and design innovative plans to meet expectations of clients and consumers Experience: Mandatory: - We are looking for a Marketing Professional with 3-5 years- experience in Marketing, that includes Brand Management and Digital Marketing - The person should be able to conceptualize solutions for the different segment needs that exist in the market - It's mandatory to have good analytical skills - The person should be a self-starter and have displayed high level of initiative - He/she should have good interpersonal skills and should be able to work with cross functional teams - Strong understanding of Digital Marketing is preferred Good to Have: - Experience in the FMCG/Beverage/Preferably Premium products in a marketing role would be an added advantage - Prior experience in customer activation &amp; Digital is an added advantage - Prior experience in conducting customer research studies is an added advantage Key Role &amp; Responsibilities: - Build brand preference and create a consumer value proposition for client in India - Grow the adoption - Analyse needs of clients and design communication programs - Drive Consumer activation campaigns offline &amp; online - Work with the sales &amp; affiliate teams to drive business growth - Competition and market Analysis - Conduct consumer studies to understand behavior and trends; - Create long-term affinity for the brand by way of consumer loyalty Generic Skills &amp; Knowledge: - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proficient in MS office and dealing with communication agencies - Proficiency in Digital &amp; social media will be an added advantage - Proficiency in data analysis &amp; market research tools is an added advantage - MBA from a Premium B School Those interested may apply or call 8451801646 for more queries.
