Brand Manager - StartUp (3-5 yrs)
The Brand manager (BM) will be part of the Marketing Acquisition Team and will play a critical role in creative and communication design for driving new user acquisitions. He/She will work to understand the Target Audience and consumer insights to create digital communication assets.
- Building a creative delivery calendar in discussion with marketing managers.
- Creative delivery calendar will include digital asset creation
- Briefs for internal teams for creative design output by visualising communication / positioning routes.
- Write copy along with the visual imagery as part of the concept note for the design team to guide them in the right direction.
- Provide the final creative output of the creative asset while working with design team that includes design manager, graphic designer and web-developers.

Skill Set
- 3 year of experience in digital creative production and copy writing.
- Creative direction in an advertising agency will be a plus.
- Knowledge of any regional language i.e. Tamil / Telugu is a plus.
- Previous experience of handling creative agency will be a plus.
- Understanding of data for creative optimisation.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/HTML5, Photoshop and other design tools.
