Brand Manager/Senior Brand Manager - eCommerce - IIM//MDI/ISB/FMS (2-6 yrs)

We have an opportunity as a Brand Manager / Senior Brand Manager with Ecommerce Company.

Job Location : Bangalore

Qualification Required : MBA from tier-1 college and 2014 passed out

Job Description :

- Keeping in mind the nuances of D2C as a unique intersection of product, platform and service; develop and execute the motherbrand strategy, key sale events and big bet projects including digital brand activations across key geographies

- Create quarterly and annual brand plans by designing and planning strategies for organic new user acquisition

- Ideate on and create 360- campaigns for multiple brand objectives; including off-app brand building on TV, Print, Digital, Social, Radio, OOH and on-app on the Company Android, iOS apps and web pages

- Create consumer insight frameworks to arrive at right propositions and sharp briefs

- Manage the brand acquisition budget, monitor spends and develop multi-media strategies across traditional, digital, social and new-age technology channels to drive KPIs

- Measure Brand Health Tracks to identify and prioritize problem statements and solutions for the brand

- Analyse market, competition and consumer behaviour to deliver insights and inputs into brand planning and development

- Understand the various drivers of acquisition, along with trends (such as traffic, conversion, 0-1 customer journey) and create actionable programs leading to organic growth

- Develop technology-driven innovations for new channels of acquisition with the Growth and Consumer Product teams

- Partner with the internal Creative Marketing and Growth teams as well as Creative, Digital and Media agencies to create a link between brand budgets and business outcomes

- Dreamy eyed - someone who is curious and enjoys being challenged and breaking new ground

- Data driven with a strong first principles understanding of brand building and consumer psychology

- Ownership Mindset, willingness & demonstrated ability to do more with less to drive results

- An ideas person with the ability to combine right & left-brain tasks to think analytically, track meticulously & execute practically

- Experience in executing brand campaigns with a mix of digital, social and traditional offline experience and demonstrated creative excellence
