Brand Manager - Retail (3-8 yrs)
- Leading a team of retail experience associates to create the retail presence (expansion and renovation) plan for the company and American Standard.
- Design and execute best-in-class initiatives for retail merchandising, display planogram, and POS to communicate the brand story effectively.
- Leading the Experience Center team to provide exceptional retail experience to specifiers, partners, and end consumers by managing and creating Experience Centers across India.
- Create and execute plans to showcase the new launches across stores by integrating them seamlessly in the design and coming up with innovative ways to make them stand out.
- Store Space / Layout Planning, Product Planogram, and Display guidelines to ensure maximum footfall conversion and increase overall business for the stores.
- Handling a pool of execution vendors and design agencies to ensure on-time and on-quality execution of the plan.
- Manage the budget to ensure it is in line with the Annual Retail Marketing Plan.
