Brand Manager - Retail (3-10 yrs)
We are looking for a Brand Manager for an upcoming Retail organization based in Mumbai
Job Purpose:
To serve as the single point of contact for the Marketing Team to facilitate any assistance needed in understanding of the tobacco consumer. To enable decision making for the Marketing Team based on consumer preferences through proper application of research processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Brand building of the assigned brand
- Responsible for growth and profitability of the Brand
- Develop Marketing programs
- Consumer Insighting for brand strategy
- Media planning & execution of ATL & BTL for the brand
- Lead communication development on the brand
- Create Brand equity and loyalty among target consumers using innovative methods
- Product promotion through Market communication, Media and Sales visibility
Qualification and Experience:
- Post-Graduation in Management (from a Premier institute)
- Experience of 4 to 5 years in FMCG
- Minimum 2 years of Brand Management Experience
- Leads Communication, Media strategy and planning his/ her business
- Provides strategic, visionary leadership
- Creates strong brand equities
- Has strong consumer Understanding
- Manages and implements Projects with excellence
- Is creative and innovative
- Takes "personal" risk and makes a difference in the Brand, Business
- Project Management
