Brand Manager - Private Label Brands - Staples Category - Retail Firm

Position: Brand Manager - Private Label Staples Category Brands - Leading Retail Company

Role:

- Be the Brand Managers for the Private Label Brands in the Staples Category

- Plan, develop and direct marketing efforts to increase the value and performance of the Brand

- Focus on developing positioning and Image of brand compared to competitors

- Continuously monitor marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace

- Visit stores and understand the Company's customers profile and make a plan for Brand positioning

- Draw plan for Display of Range of product in the Company's stores

Requirements:

- MBA with 7-12 yrs of experience

- Should have worked with any FMCG company or with a Retail Company in Brand Management of a Brand/ Brands in the Staples Category

- Should have staples commodity (Pulses/Spices/Dryfruits/Cereals/Sugar ) knowledge and their origin

- Should have strong creative, analytical skills and should have technical knowledge for packaging

- Must have a good handle on consumer and market insights

- Must have ability to analyze market data, and he or she may be tasked with conducting consumer research
