Brand Manager - Pharma (4-6 yrs)
Urgent hiring for the role of Brand Manager with MNC client based in Mumbai.
Marketing Plan : Scan external and internal environment, draft marketing plan for allocated products, develop KOL building activities and support their marketing needs, in order to improve the market share, sales targets and profits for allocated products. Support team for ensuring execution excellence of marketing campaigns.
Promotions : Design and pretest promotional tools, sell and educate promotional strategy to field force, monitor and review promotions, local campaigns in order to drive market share and sales in the allocated products.
Training : Analyse training needs, liaise with Medical Team, design and support in training programs in order to upgrade field skills in both product knowledge and sales skills.
Field Support : Liaising with Medical & Regulatory; respond to queries of field staff and medical practitioners. Provide timely motivational communication to the field staff to understand the queries, gauge market feedback and follow-up on successful implementation of the promotional plans, communication, and activities. Conduct field work to demonstrate the plans and gain primary customer feedback.
New Product Launch : Analyse market research data, identify gaps in product portfolio, draft and present proposal for new product launch, execute launch plan in order to launch new products to increase market share. Liaise with MTO, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, and Distribution to emerge with quality product supported with appropriate scientific evidence maintaining company standards.
Profit Improvement : Liaising with MTO, Regulatory and Finance in order to explore opportunities and avenues in order to improve profit contribution.
Networking : Establish contact with Regional counterparts of assigned portfolio, exchange marketing information migrate best practices in order to improve overall market share (of affiliate).
Documentation : Contribute in collating, compiling of documents and submit reports and liaise with corporate team to gain global learning.
External : Liaise and coordinate with external agencies, vendors etc for various promotional campaigns, launch plans and various marketing activity.
