- Launch New Products, achieve Annual Sales budget, providing medical, product knowledge, therapy promotion to field staff etc.
- Ensuring New Product registration on time.
- Building High Thrust Brands by calling on Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Building Therapy portfolio in a profitable manner in line with country requirements.
- Conducting Conferences on Key Therapeutic Groups of interest in the market.
- Build Relationships with all leading Medical Associations
- Coordination with Supply Chain Management (SCM) to meet Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Sales targets.
- To development and implement aggressive brand strategies for field force.
- Analyse product data and understand market trends.
- Develop promotional material / Literature etc. required for Branding Strategy.
- Conduct event, Camps and other promotional events for brand development.
- Coordinate with existing field force / Sales Team to implement brand strategy.
