Brand Manager - Paints/FMCD

Responsibilities :

- Own the end-to-end responsibility of creating and driving the painting services. On-ground implementation of the same. Create policies, structure and SOPs to run the business smoothly and consistently across regions.

- Work closely with the sales team and develop a strong set of painters / contractors to drive the Painting Service business. Create modules to impart training on product application and soft skills.

- Relationship Management with vendors. Keep updated with new processes and technology for service upgradation.

- Innovation : Work and develop on consumer facing propositions (Eg: DIY products etc..) which can be easily implemented on-ground keeping in mind company's objective

- Create and drive awareness of the painting service brand on the ground using activations and activities to drive business

- Managing the consumer's database from across locations and building efficient processes & systems at different touch points, enabling robust feedback mechanisms, resolving customer complaints & drive Net Promoter Score

- Business Impact: Ensuring adequate inventory by generating leads through web/social media/on-ground promotions run and managed centrally

- Service Delivery: Tracking healthy Net Promoter score, Work in progress days, Complaint management

- Quality Control : Process adherence, Profitability of the unit, Admin and accountancy areas.

- Maintain statutory compliance
