Brand Manager - Nutraceutical Products (8-15 yrs)

Looking out for Brand Manager position for one of our client into Nutraceutical Division for Chennai Location.

Min Exp : 8 yrs

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

- Carry out market research to assess market/ consumer / stakeholder needs and insights to win in market.

- Developing strategies and activation plans.

- Managing and executing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands


- Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports

- Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding

- Planning and execution of online and some offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns.

- Innovate new ways to increase brand awareness and keep up to date on modern marketing trends.

- Meeting with clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments (Third party/ marketing managers /chief marketing officers).

- Managing the marketing development cost/budget.

- Organising events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.

- Chart out effective marketing campaigns with HCP's.

Requirements:

- Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information and ideas clearly and concisely.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (emphasis on MS Excel).

- Solid analytical skills and solution-driven thinking; collects and researches data; uses intuition and experience to complement data.

- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, balance, and manage multiple items with effective results.

- Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships.

- Good leadership skill and ability to work with cross functional teams.

- Dynamic and self-driven individual.
