Brand Manager - New Product Development - FMCG (3-10 yrs)
At present, We are having an urgent opening for BRAND MANAGER - NPD for a REPUTED FMCG Co based at MUMBAI location.
The company is a fast-growing FMCG company with a yearly turnover of 1200 - 1600 crores having its international presence in Bangladesh, GCC countries, Nepal and ROW market.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Manage the NPD funnel for Hair/skin Care
- Develop the GTM and Marketing Mix for NPDs under Hair/skin Care
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
(a) New Product Development
- Lead the New Product development process ( competition mapping/ benchmarking, product development, testing, GTM) for Hair/skin Care
- Develop the marketing mix (4Ps) for the new products
(b) Communication development
- Develop communication strategy and creatives for traditional/ Digital media
(c) Media plan development and execution
- Own the traditional /Digital media strategy and scheduling process with media agency
- Track and monitor media plans deliverables
(d) Brand health monitoring
- Track brand health parameters on a regular basis
- Incorporate the same into work plans to help improve brand health parameters
- Analyse data on a regular basis to capture market trends and brand performance
(e) Ecommerce Strategy Promotion Planning and execution
- Manage A+ content, brand stores, visibility assets for brands on Ecommerce
- Plan, Manage and track visibility initiatives and promos on ecommerce and measure ROI in terms of ROAS/ ACOS
