Brand Manager - Marketing - Food Business
- Conceptualize and orchestrate marketing campaigns that effectively reinforces and builds brand's image and create consumer experience.
- Media planning, Print, Radio, Outdoor, Digital etc.
- Sourcing of merchandise for Promotions and activations.
- Work closely with the R&D team in developing the new product.
- Develop packaging design, advertising promotional collaterals.
- Conduct consumer research to garner feedback on products and offerings for current and new products and benchmark at regular intervals.
- Focus group studies
- Consumer interactions
- Test marketing of new products
- Online feedback analysis and feedback
- Prepare 360-degree launch plan for new products.
Responsible to Drive and execute activations through:
- Team of Promotion executives in major Metros
- Co-ordinate and drive promotions through sales force
- Develop innovative and easy to implement promotional activities
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights
- Shape and communicate our vision and mission
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Manage a team of marketing people and consultants working on brand initiatives.
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
- Devise innovative growth strategies
