Brand Manager - Luxury eCommerce (4-6 yrs)
The candidate should be able develop strategies that would work towards achievement of brand targets, in depth understanding of social media and influencer marketing, excellent communications skills, has a clear understanding of market trends and target audience. The candidate should be able to maintain brand integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications.
- Accountable for the P/L of the brand and the inventory planning.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing plans based on annual targets/ budgets
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales channels, customer analysis to derive data-driven actions
- Analyse sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
- Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
- Be the key contact person of the brand's portfolio and build a relationship by sharing market insights and brand performance.
- Conduct deep dive analysis on the recurring issues for the customer and publish recommendations and action plans based on data to improve customer experience.

- Assist with organising events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.
- Prepare social media, influencer and performance marketing plans for the brand
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Brand Marketing
- Prior experience of working closely with sales/Retail teams;
- Drive execution excellence by developing: insight-driven marketing ideas, concepts and innovations
