Your Responsibilities - Build a strong brand connect with the target audience through campaigns, events, and partnerships - Maintain consistency in brand image, positioning, and communication across all customer touch-points - Monitor competitive activities, brand health, and brand share - Partner with the sales team to recognize business matrices, dive deep on root causes &amp; address relevant opportunities/weakness through innovative marketing programs - Undertake all market research for obtaining feedback on various aspects of the brand - Strategize, plan &amp; execute marketing projects to engage its customers effectively - Manage creative agencies, collaborate closely as strategic partners Apply If - You have 4+ years of relevant work experience preferably in the media industry - You have a strong understanding of community marketing and campaign management - You have a successful track record of working on brand identity and positioning - You have prior experience in designing, implementing and tracking Creative marketing programs - You are a go-getter, good at working with the cross-functional department and is a people person
