Role & Responsibilities:
- Developing strategies for the brand in alignment with overall business plans
- Plan strategies and execute marketing plans to establish and maintain brand presence in the market
- Responsible for strategizing and implementing media across ATL, BTL and Digital
- Coordinating with advertising agencies and research agencies, to develop suitable brand initiatives to position the brand.
- Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insights
- Providing strategic guidance to the team develop strategies for detailed marketing plans and execution
- Overseeing Annual plans, budgets on brands
- Manages direct marketing campaigns, advertising, sales collateral, press releases and executive presentations
Requirements
MBA from Tier 1 Institute
Overall 8+ years experience post MBA
4+ Years of experience in Brand Management, Brand Strategy & Planning
People Management experience of 2+ Years
Extensive exposure to TVC's, Media Planning & Management
Proven expertise around consumer insights and market intelligence
Understands Internet business, digital product ecosystem
