Brand Manager Responsibilities : - Own all Branding & Marketing Efforts for for our company Brands - Plan, develop & direct marketing activities to increase brand awareness, value and performance of our Brands - Focus on developing Positioning, Recall and Brand Image of all of our Brands - Monitor marketing efforts and trends of the B2B market and competitor brands - Visit Retailers, understand their preferences and ensure positioning is well planned based on value proposition required by our Retailers Requirements : - 2 - 4 years of experience as a Brand Manager either in a B2B Platform or an FMCG / Retail background - Experience building a Brand under a Private Label - Apparel Brands in the B2B Markets is a big plus - History of quickly gaining credibility, partnering with business leaders & Retailers - Strong Data Analytical Skills & an ability to formulate concise solutions to complex problems - Ability to understand Consumer & Market Insights and also has experience running Consumer Research Campaigns
