Business Responsibility Areas:
- Websites, Social Media & Performance marketing
- Leading the Social Media Marketing agenda for the company
- Reach out various segments to generate positive buzz and design digital campaigns in conjunction with Marketing teams
- Maintain relationships with bloggers, influencers.
- Create and manage a strategy for high user engagement on social media platforms
- Ensure the best practices are implemented for performance marketing
- Liaison with media agency, creative agency, digital agency and marketing teams
- Website management & performance - evaluating existing website landscape and plans for Updation and transitions
- Managing SEO, SEMs and other traffic sources to websites
Agency Management:
- Manage the media agency and the digital creative agency ecosystem
- Managing all aspects of digital operations: Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Mobile marketing, new asset/tool creation etc
- Manage RFP's, contracts, reports, data analysis with all external stakeholders/agencies
- Working with IT & website vendor for development, Updation and transitions
Other IT Projects:
- Finding core consumer insights and working with the team for requirement gathering and implementation
- Working with the Central IT team on key Marketing Projects with IT team - App development, visualizer development, Loyalty design
Content Creation:
- Support the design team in content creation initiatives to support the field teams in design-based pitching
Customer Handling:
- Manage the operations of the flagship CoCo store handling some of the most high profile customers for the organization
Key Performance Indicators:
- Campaign level performance metric delivery
- Increase conversion rate, reduce cost per appointment
- Increase quality of service delivery by sales teams via team training and new initiatives
- Enhance processes, implement best and innovative practices
- Monitoring website performance metrics - traffic, page views, time spent, loading speed, bounce rates, lead source etc.
- IT project timeline adherence and performance metrics
