Reporting to: Group Manager Marketing

Experience: 6-8 years

Location: Bengaluru

- Lead the Consumer understanding, Brand positioning, Collection Concepts, & Campaign management for the consumer platform.

- Establishing Organisation as leading designer and aspirational brand in the premium diamond category. Thereby grow the consumer franchise for the same

- Creating relevance amongst young modern audience and building engagement portfolio with them

- Leading the regional initiatives for East India market

- Own and push the studded agenda with the category and retail team

- Develop a robust Consumer / Category / Competition understanding to craft a differentiated proposition for organisation across diversified consumer segments

- To design, develop & execute large scale marketing plans based on rigorous consumer understanding, working closely with merchandising, design & retail for OTIF delivery on business plans.

- End to End Campaign.
