Brand Manager - FMCG/Pharma (4-8 yrs)
- Responsible for managing assigned brands including : annual brand planning; brand strategy development; budgeting and budgetary control; designing & implementing marketing campaigns & sales promotions; and new product development and launch Build future growth engine: New product segment. Drive the New Product Development process starting from product brief till product launch.
- Understanding business needs, its strategic direction and identifying initiatives that will allow the business to meet those strategic goals; establishing corporate strategies and budgets for achievement of the targets
- Facilitating solutions / product development initiatives involving mapping of business requirements
- Analyzing latest marketing trends, driving innovative marketing initiatives & tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning marketing strategies; formulating & implementing brand marketing plans to achieve successful sales, market share, profit and consumer KPI results
