Brand Manager - FMCG
- Post-Graduation in Management (from a Premier institute) - Batches 2016-18
- Experience of 4 to 6 years in FMCG or FMCG equivalent
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Marketing
- Scope category opportunities and define right to win - Skin , Baby, Hand Wash, Color, Other relevant opportunities
- Lead end to end deployment of the bundle across product, packaging, pricing, GTM, activation and demand generation
- Identify opportunities targeting different consumer demographics, channel price pack play across markets
- Ownership of NPD project execution by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring delivery within agreed network timelines
- Ideation, creative planning & execution for the IMC (digital + traditional mediums) for the pre-launch, launch & post launch campaign of the portfolio in respective markets
- Working with activation, creative, media agencies on aspects like artwork, adaptations, in-store activations, media implementation
- Custodian of data for the portfolio and country - publish & Analyse Sales & campaign metrics for relevant categories/brand to aid critical brand/portfolio decision making
