Job description: Brand Manager
Exp: 2-5 years(Min 1 Year exp as Brand Manager from FMCG company (food Product)
Education: MBA from Top Tier 1 College
Reporting to: CMO
Responsibility:-
- Analyse our brand position in the market and crystallize targeted customer insights.
- Develop the brand personality & strategy: What is the key value propositions that our brand stands for? Which segments are we targeting?
- Align the company around the brand's vision, direction and choices.
- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and execute brand marketing campaigns for the brand (online and offline).
- Oversee creative execution for campaigns.
- Measure and report brand performance metrics.
- Conduct customer research; monitor market trends and competitor's activities.
Key Requirements:-
- Must be a creative thinker, with out of the box ideas
- Strong analytical ability, with data driven thinking
- Strong understanding of branding strategies - concepts and execution
- Knowledge of online marketing (SEO, SEM, Social media) is a must
- 2-4 years experience, with an MBA in marketing is needed.
- Proven experience managing a consumer brand is a must; experience in FMCG setup preferred
