Brand Manager - FMCG/Haircare/Skincare Business - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (4-8 yrs)
Location: Mumbai (On-site)
Looking out for a brand manager coming with at least 4 years of relevant experience of FMCG preferably from the beauty & wellness, and cosmetics space.
You will be responsible for undertaking the brand building along with NPD initiatives.
Your future employer: One of the leading players in the Indian beauty, personal & haircare space.
- Driving the brand building and NPD initiatives for the portfolio.
- Managing end to end brand development initiatives.
- Coordinating with cross-functional in-house teams as well as external media agencies for driving the activations.
- Developing communications for the category.
- MBA/PGDM from a Top tier institute.
- 4+ years of relevant brand management experience with a consumer brand preferably cosmetics or mass market brands in personal care preferably skincare space.
- Good understanding of NPD process in consumer goods.
- Understanding of broad commercials for brand P&L purposes.
