Brand Management - Global Direct-To-Consumer Brand

Job Purpose :

To be the custodian of building company brand across markets and across categories. The person will be responsible for creating a sharp, unique and consistent image of the brand. The incumbent will be the go to person for all brand development related and new product launch efforts. Own brand strategy, brand campaigns, new products, packaging, consumer insights and bringing voice of customer across all activities.

Team :

1. Direct report

2. Internal stakeholders - digital marketing, PR, partnerships, creative studio, NPD and revenue function

3. External stakeholders - design agency, brand marketing partners, marketing contacts across various partners

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Build a practice of regular customer listening via researches, surveys, customer calls and more

- Own brand track across US and India

- Create and lead brand campaigns across markets

- Work with strategy and NPD team to create product pipeline for limited editions, gifting packs and more - Take launch P&L responsibility for these launches

- Work with social, influencer and PR team to ideate on brand stories, thematic campaigns to get the brand message out

- Lead our CSR marketing - build a plan to develop and promote the story

- Create stories for the PR and influencer team to seed

Measures of Success :

- Brand score

- Success of new products launched

- Organic reach and demand for the brand

- Consistency of brand assets and message across the organization

Required Experience :

- 7+ years of brand marketing experience

- Has worked on a consumer products brand

- has managed new product launches

- Has worked in cross-functional team set-up

- Has demonstrable experience in brand building, brand campaigns and consumer insighting

- Has managed agency partners
