Develop and implement world-class, progressive marketing plans for company that align to the Area/ global direction, brand roadmaps and business plans. These should include consumer and patient segmentation and sizing analysis, marketing and media strategy.

- Ability to manage a broad portfolio including hardware, software and apps. This includes the capability to run an analysis across key digital and non-digital marketing metrics to effectively identify and solve marketing issues.

- Ability to liase with existing or new digital vendors and partners to identify and recommend growth opportunities for the business.

- Ability to understand and analyze market and customer insights to recommend strategies.

- Translate the strategic marketing plan in their day-to-day work and interactions, both internally and externally to drive tactics and business results

- Clear accountability as to how their Marketing Function will support the Marketing Plan; sets him/herself clear targets that bring strategy to life

- Accountable for relevant marketing budgets, ensures delivery the budget within targets by anticipating potential over-under delivery and developing contingency plans.

- Demonstrates broad understanding of general Financial Planning Process and responsible for providing key inputs for financial cycles.

- Lead the development of the FreeStyle dotcom ecosystem in India ensuring user-centric UI/UX and GUIs, site tagging strategy, URL and site architecture to ensure a consistent brand experience and to maximize the utility of high-performing site assets.

- Develop off to on-site user flows from unknown customers to known customers. Collaborate with agency partners to define appropriate digital media spend levels to inform market strategies and support the development of effective channel strategies.

- Be the one person contact and subject matter expert for consumer and digital marketing

- Train & educate the team on Digital Marketing, regularly share new ideas and concepts in the space.

- Apply best practices from other industries and adapt them to increase the online presence of company

- Be abreast with changing technologies and new ideas to be first in market in the digital space.

- Identify trends, insights and optimize performance and spends accordingly

- Track, measure and report on performance of all consumer & digital marketing campaigns against goals

- Represent in all interactions regarding Digital with Area and Global stakeholders, and to ensure approvals for marketing strategies and tactics
