One of the leading FMCG Company into Food Industry is looking to hire a (Tamil Speaking) Brand Manager for one of their flagship Brands. The incumbent will be managing the complete brand portfolio for this brand end to end. Should have experience in handling a brand portfolio for a big brand for atleast more than 2 states. Major KPIs will be :

1. Continuous Consumer understanding need gap analysis through multiple structured research and insight mining tools. Use Consumer learnings and trends to formulate Marketing and brand plans

2. Brand Strategy and planning, overall STP strategies for the respective brand/s.

3. Translate brand strategies into brand / marketing plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies - both short term and long term.

4. Conceptualize & implement 360-degree(Integrated) marketing and communication programs.

5. Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates for new product launches.

6. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, activations, and assess against goals.

7. Monthly & Annual BTL/ ATL input Planning & Monitoring

8. Analyse how our brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumers insights. Market Research tools to understand the brand health on a regular basis.

9. Ensuring the timely analysis of data points (Market share data, internal volumes, market feedback) to understand category, competition etc.

10. Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.

11. Coordinating with advertisement agencies and media houses for brand collaterals and brand activations.

12. Coordination with agencies to develop and execute the product Campaigns.

13. Conceptualize and deploy the digital and social media campaigns in line with brand plans. Ensure effectiveness ensure being tracked and course corrections are done.

14. Conceptualizing and involved in the production of TVCs for the brand.

15. Interface with internal stakeholders, supply chain, packaging, finance, legal, technical & customer complaint cell to ensure smooth functioning.

16. Planning marketing budgets and meeting these budgets without compromising the impact of the communication.

17. Planning various Promotions & Events - Launches/Expos/On-ground events etc.

18. Interact closely with the sales team to analyse the challenges faced by the product in the market and form solutions to address these challenges.

19. Support Business Development / manage product launches.

20. Plan the creatives for in-store visual identity programmes for the Brand - Retail Outlets/Stand Alone Stores/Modern Trade.

21. Packaging Development - Analyse the market research data on new packaging trends in the market.
