Brand Manager - FMCG (4-8 yrs)

Gurgaon/Gurugram Job Code: 850075

Role Objectives

1. The role holder will be working and developing the product portfolio through different channel mix including promotion schemes and advertisement campaign to drive the growth of the company

2. P&L ownership of the brand Code

3. Product portfolio ownership drive new product development

4. Coordination with R&D for the product pipeline

5. GTM strategy

Role Responsibilities

1. Annual brand planning & strategy development

2. Budgeting & budgetary control

3. Maintaining a high Brand Recall index & aiming for achieving the market share in the targeted category

4. Designing & implementing advertising campaigns & promotional activities

5. Effective media evaluation & planning to attain maximum ROI

6. Responsible for the development & implementation of all ATL/BTL /Digital communication and point of sale strategy including close coordination with trade marketing

7. Co-manage brand's top line along-with the GM-Marketing

8. Co-ordinate with the sales department to implement and monitor marketing initiatives for the brand

9. Build future growth segment by identifying new product segments and new target groups

10. Work closely with the NPD teams to drive new product launches

Minimum Requirements

- Post Graduate/MBA in Marketing or related field

- 4+ years' experience in handling major brands at a national level in FMCG only

- Understanding of Sales, exposure to research , TV campaigns ( big ticket ) and understanding of working with NPD , packaging etc.
