The purpose of the role is to manage the overall brand health and in-market performance.
- Understand, identify and communicate key drivers of brand performance
- Develop and execute a communication plan for the Brand on an annual basis.
- Provide inputs to the Brand Planning process.
- Manage the innovation pipeline for the portfolios to deliver product innovation aligned with the brand strategy and consumer insights.
- Project management of innovation with cross-functional teams
- Strong Commercial Acumen and a proven record of agility in managing performance
- Inspires agency partners and rallies them to effective implementation in service of the brand agenda
- MBA with specialization in Marketing (tier I/ II institute )
- Minimum 4-8 years- experience in Marketing with at least 3 years- the experience of working
- A Brand Strategist with passion for brand building who has a hands-on understanding of brand development and New Product Launch
- A Brand Communication Lead who can independently craft integrated marketing plans for both ATL, BTL and Digital, working with external agency partners and internal stakeholders.
- Preferably FMCG experience.
