Looking for a Brand Manager for a Leading FMCG Company.
Preferred candidates from Personal Care background. Having Experience into New Product Development and New Product Launches.
A. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Marketing Head in all key Brand Projects and Deliverables – Working on Marketing Mix, Creative strategy, New Product Development, Portfolio Management
- Key Brand Performance Metrics – Market Share, Consumer Measures, Gross Margin and other Brand Financials
- Market Share Analysis and Reporting
- Develop and execute promotional initiatives to profitably increase market share within budgeted cost parameters
- Regular market working with the Sales team to assist the Marketing Head in the analysis and review of performance of products, channels, segments, regions, to identify relevant trends, key issues and/or opportunities and monitor competitor activity
- Media Planning and Execution of activation platforms
- Liaise with Advertising and Market Research agencies, Suppliers, Perfumers, R & D houses and internally with Sales and Commercial functions.
B. PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:
i. Qualification: MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing Management
ii. Preferred Age: 28 - 32 years
iii. Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience, of which 1 year should be preferably in Sales
iv. Required Knowledge/Skills/Attributes:
- Understanding of FMCG categories (Personal Care)
- Sound Knowledge of Sales processes
- Strong PC literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- Creative, Idea Generator
- Data Analysis and Interpretation
