Brand Manager - FMCG (4-10 yrs)
- Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and mark-up factors
- Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations
- Consult with product development personnel on product specifications, such as design, colour, or packaging and study on NPD
- Drives the evolution of the brand and its positioning, builds brand proposition for the new products to be launched.
- Collate and Analyze market trends, Monitor competitor activities
- Assist in developing the Annual Brand Plan in conjunction with the Marketing Head
- Responsible for analysis on Market trends, consumer insights and competitors' activities
- Recommend consumer promotions schemes, plan and execute consumer events
- Shape and communicate the marketing vision and mission
