Brand Manager - FMCG (3-4 yrs)
Beauty Care is deeply rooted in Korean Culture, as it is believed beauty is based on healthy skin. Korean women prioritize a clear, smooth complexion, using a curated skin-care ritual.
We are looking out for dynamic beauty Brand building professional who has strong roots within Korean culture. One who would derive inspiration from Korean skincare routines and culture and use the same to build the brand.
You would be responsible for :
a) Brand(s) growth
b) Product(s) growth
c) Product Packaging
d) Brand(s) Communication and positioning
e) Social Media presence and growth
f) On Platform and Off Platform Brand Sales and Marketing
g) PR led media presence
h) B2B sales associations
i) New Product(s) Development
j) New Brand(s) Development
i) Consumer Insights and relationship management
j) Market research for new opportunities
k) Optimizing existing models
l) Building consumer community
Would be great if you have :
- Handled brand operations for single / portfolio brands - preferably beauty industry or Handled brand operations from agency (account planning / account management) side
Would be great if you are :
a) A Sales - Marketing - Corp Comm. Alum
b) Kickass with numbers (and its execution) - Projections and growth across all verticals - sales, social media, traffic building to name a few
c) E-comm friendly
d) Creative at heart
