Key Responsibilities :
- Develop positioning, brand key, brand strategy and new communication for newly acquired brand Dermicool
- Refine brand strategy and develop new communication for Product.
- Develop annual brand plan and innovation pipeline for both the brands
- Conduct consumer researches on regular basis to gain actionable insights and test various hypotheses and communication elements.

- Conducting consumer researches and regular analysis of AC Nielsen, HHP data & Brand track to understand trends, gain actionable insights and devise brand strategies
- Develop brand positioning and communication - Worked extensively on all ATL campaigns (TV, Print & Digital)

- Brand website development and maintenance - Developed .
