Brand Manager - FMCG (10-14 yrs)
We have a job opening for a global company in Bangalore for the role of Brand Manager
Looking for candidates who have exp working with the TOP FMCG Brands
Ideal candidate should have the below desired skills :
- Demonstrate experience in marketing program execution, managing projects with multiple stakeholders and multi-tasking between various projects.
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills
- Experience overseeing the design and production of print materials and publications
- Experience in working with shared leadership and across cross-functional teams
- Ability to understand technology changes and identify opportunities to promote the company and its products
- Possess the ability to be flexible to a changing environment, acknowledging urgency when necessary
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication skills - both for internal and external audiences
- Ability to exercise good judgement and discretion in confidential matters, maturity to deal with ad hoc responsibilities and excellent problem-solving skills
Education and Experience :
- 10 - 14 years of relevant experience in brand management and marketing communications preferable with a FMCG / app development / eCommerce organisation
- Mix of working with a creative agency and a corporate is a must
- Marketing degree (Masters or equivalent experience)
- Proven record of successfully branding campaigns
