A. KEY PURPOSE

This position is responsible for owning and leading each business (brand) and use general management skills to make decisions and innovative brand marketing to generate demand. As a Brand Manager - India, the individual will lead multi-channel communication ideas to generate awareness and drive trial for respective brand.

B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collaborate with the team of trade and channel marketing and sales to develop, plan and deploy the go-to-market strategy for the key brands. Ensure successful and timely launches with activation excellence

- Partner with the internal media team and media partners to develop and execute media and digital media plans for the brand.

- Collaborate with the Shopper Marketing team to know the shopper & consumer, and engage with them through structured instore strategy.

- Executing innovative demand and trial generation plans.

- Actively manage and develop ABMs. Coach team and contribute to their career growth.
