Your Responsibilities: - Brand Development: Owning and evolving the brand strategy, brand architecture, buyer personas and all other touch points in the consumer journey - Brand Building: Working with Advertising, PR, Media, Social, Content and Market Research agencies/freelancers to create path-breaking brand work with on-time, in-full execution - Custodian for the brand communication: Working closely with Digital, Content, Product, BTL and Ops teams to ensure all activities are on-brand - Collaborate with the city teams and the product teams on acquisition &amp; retention - devising effective integrated marketing campaigns and possibly generate insights for sharpening the overall marketing strategy Apply If -&nbsp; - You have 2+ years of brand marketing experience at top-tier agencies, series C+ startups, Telecom or FMCG companies with exposure to Communication, Research, Media, PR, Digital, and Co-marketing/Alliances - You have a Bachelor's and/or a Master's degree from a premium college - You are creative, a high-hustler and have a go-get-stuff-done attitude - You are obsessed with consumer behavior and brand building - You possess the ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives
