Brand Manager - Financial Real Estate Startup (6-12 yrs)

The client is a fast-growing innovative fractional real estate startup based out of Gurgaon and Bangalore. They are looking at hiring a Sales & Channel Management Lead to be part of their core team who can build processes, teams, and solutions to sell commercial real estate in fractions to a sophisticated client base.

Experience is not a concern, you will need to prove that you are a thinker and a great consumer marketing professionals.

As part of the core team you will work with cross-functional teams in the origination, evaluation, and design of product offerings, improving the technology platform and overall enterprise growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Brand building, to become a company synonymous with financial growth, trust, and transparency

- Consumer understanding: develop complete personas of major consumer groups for the company

- Communication Strategies: suitable to resonate and market to this segment.

- Execution: Coordinate, manage and execute communications plan, initiatives, and activities.

- Budgeting: plan for spending across media and events with proper ROI tracking

- Develop clear briefs to drive smooth and efficient delivery of activities for the affluent consumer segment, ensuring it is tracked and measured appropriately to demonstrate the effectiveness and return on investment.

- Conduct post-analysis to ascertain the efficiency and effectiveness of the initiatives and for ongoing improvement.

QualificationsRequirements:

- University graduate in business studies with a background in marketing is preferred.

- Experience in a marketing role with a past track record in segment management/persona marketing and a good understanding of wealth management marketing would be highly preferred.

- Proven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment.Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts.

- Commitment to putting the customer at the heart of all development and implementation activities.

- Proficient in data analysis and able to come up with insights and directions from data points.

- Strong project and time management, advertising production, media campaign implementation, and direct marketing with good commercial sense.
