Location : Hyderabad
Role and Responsibilities :
a. Create annual and quarterly marketing plan for demand generation for various countries
b. Develop GTM strategy for various products / Courses and short-terms courses that are launched
c. Plan ATL / BTL campaigns and execute them successfully
d. Brand communication across various medium, digital strategies and other channels
e. Develop, grow & nurture the brand through various media / Events and other means
f. Analyze competition and market trends to suggest, develop & improve product ideas
g. Plan, implement and optimize product campaigns across channels
h. Develop new channels of demand generation
i. Track and analyze various marketing metrics and work towards continuous improvements
Skills and attributes :
a. Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with large and diverse teams.
b. Excellent relationship building & data analysis skills
c. Possesses honesty, integrity, strong work ethic, and team skills
d. Strong problem solving and communication abilities; is organized and efficient
e. Excited by and open to new ideas and new ways of doing things
f. Proven ability to meet deadlines in the high-paced work environment
g. Leadership skills to hire, coach and manage a team
h. Passion for Education and knowledge about EdTech industry is a must
Experience and Qualification :
While qualification and experience levels does not matter for an ideal candidate, we believe the job requires someone
a. Has around 5 - 6 years of experience in a start-up marketing department
b. Handled at least 4 - 5 people
c. From a consumer ed-tech field
d. Considerable experience across various marketing functions
e. Salary will not be a constraint for the best of the candidates and will be on the top of the market rates for the right candidate
