Brand Manager - EdTech - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI (5-8 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Build and evolve the brand strategy and brand architecture to establish a strong connect with the target audience
- Strategise, develop and execute multi-channel brand marketing and promotional programs that support the brand ethos
- Work with Advertising, PR, Media, Social, Content and Market Research agencies/freelancers to create path-breaking brand work with on-time, in-full execution
- Act as an authority and promoter of the Brand, ensuring consistent brand expression through all consumer and cultural touchpoints, both external and internal
- Work closely with the leadership team to understand specific marketing goals and objectives, prioritize initiatives and allocate marketing resources as appropriate
Desired Profile:
- MBA from Tier 1 B School with at least 5 years of experience in Brand Management
- Strong analytics skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
