The start up is looking for a founding team member. What you'll be doing - Developing new categories within the brand along with KRA responsibilities and Profit &amp; Loss responsibility. - Consumer Insight mining to get new product ideas with a strategic fit to our business - Managing a cross-functional team to deliver on new launch, promotion and renovation networks for the brand X - Trade Marketing: Partner with the Sales team in devising strategic trade initiatives &amp; trade-related activities - Analyzing &amp; reviewing market response/requirement and strategizing product plans for accomplishing business goals. - Monitor market share performance of brand across various markets and implement area specific plans - Monitoring and analyzing a brand and competitors performance to identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats - Deliver on Market shares, budgets &amp; business goals - Ensuring profit targets are achieved, margins maintained &amp; expenses controlled. " Who we are looking for - MBA from a premier institute with 2-6 years of experience preferably across offline and online businesses. - Brand Manager with prior experience in sales having strong exposure to mass market buying behavior as well as keen insight into behavior across Retail chains.
