Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive brand management & all branding and positioning related marketing initiatives - Building a strong brand connect with the target audience through campaigns, events and partnerships - Maintaining consistency in brand image, positioning and communication across all customer touch-points - Monitor competitive activities, brand health and brand share - Partner with the sales team to recognize business matrices, dive deep on root causes &amp; address relevant opportunities/weakness through innovative marketing programs - Undertake all market research for obtaining feedback on various aspects of the brand - Strategize, plan &amp; execute marketing projects to engage customers effectively - Manage creative agencies, collaborate closely as strategic partners. Must Haves: - Minimum 4 years in brand management/marketing - Should have strong community marketing experience &amp; community business model know-how - Successful track record of working on brand identity &amp; positioning - Proven track record for designing, implementing and tracking impact of creative marketing programs - Highly proficient in written/verbal communication with good control over the English language Nice to have: - MBA Marketing from reputed institute - Past experience in e-commerce industry - A strong understanding of online marketing and digital media channels
