A leading FMCG organization is looking for :
Designation - Brand Manager (eCommerce)
Exp. : Minimum work ex before break - 6 yrs, experience in E-Commerce Industry with prior work experience in FMCG
Qualification - MBA from Top Tier B schools (Mandatory)
Location - Gurgaon (WFH - till office is resumed)
Job Purpose :
- This position recognizes company's commitment to the new Digital / e-commerce world, and its role in the company's future growth in increasing the company's online consumer base, generating sales, building company's brands, increasing consumer loyalty and strengthening the multi-channel environment across eCommerce domain.
- The Brand Manager, Ecommerce will be responsible for defining the strategic roadmap and deploy digital solutions across paid, owned and earned channels to ensure growth of company's brands in the Ecommerce space. This role will aggressively drive the digital commerce agenda to future proof the business of the company.
Consumer-Focused e-Commerce Experience: This executive should ideally have relevant and progressive professional experience in e-commerce roles in consumer-focused, best-in-class companies. Exposure to FMCG is highly preferred.
Online Brand Building Success: The successful candidate should have relevant experience in building and energizing brands through online channels. He/she will have significant experience in creating and implementing strategies that focus on identifying Online consumers and understanding the value propositions that drive online business.
Online Media Strategy: Maintain effective online strategies and create a digitally enabled consumer engagement and experience strategy. Develop a relevant affiliate marketing network and evaluate new partnerships with emerging channels like meta search, display and retargeting.
Campaigns: Manage digital communication for product launches, product sustenance & sales support across various eCommerce partners. Actively work with Sales and Operations team to develop pricing and promotion calendars keeping the business needs in mind.
Content and SEO: Drive SEO efforts for RB brands to improve our organic placement on Google and eCommerce search engines and to provide meaningful content to end consumer. Dominate search for category keywords by working actively with the dedicated agencies.
Digital Asset Creation & Management: Drive experience, content development and management of consumer facing digital assets (Website, Microsites, Mobile Site, etc). Develop a robust digital asset strategy that aims to deliver the following objectives: Increase Revenue & Drive Transactions - Cross Sell & Share of Wallet - Drive Social Behaviour & Gather Insights
Monetization: Identify opportunities to monetize site traffic through affiliate partnership with partners like Amazon, Snapdeal, Flipkart, Big basket etc.
Analytics: Analyze customer journey and behavior to drive changes in user experience. Analyze relevant trends in traffic, conversion and bounce rates to proactively maximize revenue opportunity across all digital platforms.
